Emerging technology: part 1
The article that i read was about a new machine able to sequence DNA in longer fashions and quicker than any previous machine has been able to. It surprised me that that was possible, because DNA is so small it is hard to read and the fact that there is a portable machine like that is incredible. This is important in the future of technology because if there is a machine that can read and sequence DNA then reproduce it in a certain fashion to replace cells that have abnormal, or broken DNA in them that could lead to fatal effects. That would be a huge step in stopping a lot of premature deaths in the world.
In 2009 there was a technology being created that would allow people to interact more with searching for stuff on the internet. Right now it is being used in iPhones to help people organize, search, and use their phone more efficiently.
